Chronicles of Foxhill
What are the Chronicles of Foxhill?
Kilter Theatre (Olly & Caroline) are inviting everyone who knows & loves the area to contribute ideas for a brand new Guided Tour of Foxhill, which will be premiered in the Bath Walking Festival in Sept ‘18. With a huge street-plan of the area & a time-line stretching back over 100 years, there are plenty of ways to stir up memories & put yourself firmly on the map.
Where would you take an alien if they landed in Foxhill?
What’s the best place to fall in love?
Where do you go if you want to bump into a friend?
Where have you laughed hardest?
These are the kind of questions Olly & Caroline will be asking to make a map of Foxhill’s most prized geographical features. You’ll be amazed at what you have to offer. Everyone who contributes to making The Chronicles of Foxhill will be credited as an author & have the chance to become a Guide in the future.
Kilter has been exploring & celebrating Foxhill since they discovered the area through their Unsung Project (2013-16). Last year they created a song - ‘Foxhill Facts’ - with children at St Martin’s Garden. It was sung with a professional choir at the Opening Night of the Bath Festival.
